30 Minute HIIT Cardio Blast!
This class is only 30 minutes, but will be more than enough to challenge your cardiovascular endurance and burn lot’s of calories! This class will consist of a 5 minute warm-up + 25 minutes of cardio + 5 minutes of cool down/stretching.See when 30 Minute HIIT Cardio Blast! is offered
Cardio, Core & Restore (CCR)
Do You hate doing cardio? do you avoid stretching on your own, but know in the back of your mind you should be doing it? Do you feel you need to work more on your Core specific strength?
IF YOU ANSWERED YES TO ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS – THIS MIGHT BE THE CLASS FOR YOU!
In this class we will begin with a group warm-up, followed by 20 minutes of intense cardio intervals geared towards burning fat fast, then we will head into 15 minutes of deep core stabilization training, finishing up with static stretching and foam rolling. This is a great class to supplement your strength training workouts AND IS EASILY ADAPTABLE TO ALL FITNESS LEVELS AND CAN BE ACCOMMODATED AROUND INJURIES.
No equipment required, just bring your body and some water because we are going to sweat!

MONTHLY PROGRESS CHECK-IN
One of the Total Bodi Fitness trainers will perform measurements, body fat assessments (if you want), and take progress pictures. You can use this day to set a new monthly goal and we will check in again in 4 weeks.

Metabolic Group Exercise Class
Small Group Training classes are limited to 5/6 people per hour. This is very similar to one on one personal training, but at a much cheaper rate than personal training. Each client will get more personal attention and be given a workout more closely individualized for their fitness or weight loss needs. This is a great way to get the feel of one on one personal training at a cheaper rate. We lift heavier weights and perform more complex movements than we do in the Metabolic Group Exercise classes & will challenge your body and strength in a whole new way.
Some current clients attend 2 Metabolic Group classes and 1 Small Group training per week to switch it up and continue to challenge themselves.
