Because we sell consumable products such as vitamins, supplements, and nutritional items, returns are handled differently than for non-consumable goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Return Eligibility Unopened Products Only: Supplements, vitamins, and other consumables are eligible for return only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unopened products. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

No Returns on Opened or Used Products Opened, used, partially consumed, or broken-seal items cannot be returned for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or allergy reactions — unless the seal was broken due to damage in shipping. This policy exists because once the safety seal is broken, products cannot be resold and pose health and safety concerns.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your product arrives with a broken seal, damaged packaging, or other shipping damage, you may be eligible for a return or replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with: Your order number Clear photos showing the damage Once confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return: Email our support team at support@totalbodifitness.com. Include your order number and reason for return. We will email return instructions if your item is eligible.

Refund Processing Approved refunds for unopened items will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Final Sale & Exceptions Some items may be marked Final Sale on the product page and are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
